This website and the online video consultation service are operated by Dr. Yash S. Shah (MBBS, MS Orthopaedics), an Orthopaedic Surgeon practising at Bodyline Hospital, Dev Status, Opp. Annapurna Hall, beside New Vikas Gruh Road, Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380007. By using the website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

You can book a video consultation with Dr. Yash S. Shah, Orthopaedic Surgeon. At the booked time, Dr. Yash Shah will video call the patient on WhatsApp on the mobile number given while booking.

A video consultation has limits: the doctor cannot physically examine you and may advise tests or an in-person visit. It is not for emergencies and is not a service for ordering medicines.

Adults can book for themselves or for a family member. A parent or guardian must book for, and be present with, a child.

The video consultation fee is ₹1,000, shown before you pay. Payment is collected online by Dr. Yash S. Shah through Razorpay, by UPI, cards or net banking. Your appointment is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.

Tests, procedures, surgery or clinic visits, if needed, are charged separately and explained to you beforehand.

Payments are handled by Razorpay, a payment gateway regulated in India. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). If a payment fails, no booking is made; if money was deducted without a confirmed booking, it is refunded as described in our refund and cancellation policy.

Delivery of the service is described in our shipping and delivery policy.

Please give correct details, keep your phone and WhatsApp available at the booked time, be ready five minutes early in a quiet place with a good network, and share relevant reports before the call.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
