This website and the online video consultation service are operated by Dr. Yash S. When you book a video consultation, we collect the patient's name, WhatsApp mobile number and chosen appointment time. Any reports or health information you send us on WhatsApp are shared by your choice.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status only; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Like most websites, we use Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device type, approximate location). This does not identify you by name.

To confirm and manage your appointment, to call you on WhatsApp for your video consultation, to help Dr. Yash Shah prepare for it, and to keep a record of your care as required by law.

Appointment details are added to the doctor's private calendar. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

By booking, you agree to a video consultation and to Dr. Yash S. Shah keeping the details you share for your consultation and ongoing care. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, subject to our legal duty to keep medical records.

Video consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines applicable in India. Dr. Yash Shah cannot physically examine you on a video call and may advise an in-person visit. Calls are not recorded by the hospital. Please take the call from a private place.

A video consultation is a medical consultation, not a service for ordering medicines, and is not for emergencies.

Dr. Yash Shah and the clinic team involved in your care, and service providers who help us run the website, payments and calendar, only on our instructions.

Booking records are stored securely with access limited to authorised staff. Medical records are kept for the period required by law.

You can ask to see or correct your information, or ask questions about this policy, by calling or WhatsApping the clinic. We will respond as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This website is not for emergencies. Please go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
