What you are paying for
An online video consultation with Dr. Yash S. Shah, Orthopaedic Surgeon practising at Bodyline Hospital, Dev Status, Opp. Annapurna Hall, beside New Vikas Gruh Road, Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380007. The service is provided and billed by Dr. Yash S. Shah. The fee is ₹1,000, shown before you pay.
No physical shipping
Nothing is posted or couriered. There are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
How and when the service is delivered
Your booking is confirmed on screen as soon as the payment succeeds, with your booking reference, date and time.
At the booked date and time (India time), Dr. Yash Shah video calls the patient on WhatsApp on the mobile number given while booking. Please keep the phone nearby and be ready five minutes early.
Bookings can be made for the next 7 days, during consultation hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Sunday closed for consultations.
Reports and advice after the call
If the doctor advises tests, medicines or a clinic visit, this is explained on the call. Any written advice or prescription is shared on WhatsApp where the law allows it.
If the consultation cannot take place
If the call does not happen because of a problem on our side, you can choose a new time or a full refund, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
