How do I book a video consultation with Dr. Yash Shah?
Enter the patient's name and WhatsApp number, choose a date and time, and pay the ₹1,000 fee online. Your appointment is confirmed immediately on this page.
How much does an online consultation with Dr. Yash Shah cost?
The video consultation fee is ₹1,000 for a video consultation, paid securely online by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking through Razorpay.
How will the video call happen?
At your appointment time, Dr. Yash Shah will video call you on WhatsApp on the mobile number you gave. Please be ready five minutes early, in a quiet place with a good network.
Should I send my reports before the call?
Yes, please. Send X-rays, MRI or CT scans, blood tests and old prescriptions on WhatsApp to +91 83206 27485 before the call, with the patient's name and appointment time, so Dr. Yash Shah can review them in advance.
Who is a video consultation suitable for?
Follow-up visits, reviewing X-ray or MRI reports, second opinions, and patients who live outside Ahmedabad or abroad. A new injury that needs a physical examination is best seen at Bodyline Hospital, Paldi.
What are the video consultation timings?
Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm (India time). Sunday is closed.

Is this for emergencies?
No. For heavy bleeding, a serious fall or accident, or sudden weakness, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Bodyline Hospital, Dev Status, Opp. Annapurna Hall, beside New Vikas Gruh Road, Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380007. Opposite Annapurna Hall on New Vikas Gruh Road, a short drive from Paldi cross roads. Two-wheeler and car parking is available near the hospital entrance.
What should I bring to a clinic visit?
Any X-rays, MRI or CT scans and their reports, blood test reports, a list of your current medicines, old prescriptions, and your insurance card if you have one.
