How referral works
Send the referral
Use the form, or WhatsApp the clinic with the patient’s name, age, mobile number and the reason for referral.
Share imaging and notes
Send X-rays, MRI or CT scans and your notes in the same WhatsApp chat, so Dr. Yash Shah can review them before the appointment.
The clinic contacts the patient
The team arranges a clinic visit or a WhatsApp video consultation, whichever suits the patient and the problem.
Findings and plan
With the patient’s consent, Dr. Yash Shah can share his findings and plan with you, so care stays joined up.
Fractures and urgent problems
Please call the clinic on +91 83206 27485 rather than WhatsApp. In an emergency, send the patient to the nearest hospital emergency department.
