How to cancel or reschedule
Call or WhatsApp +91 83206 27485, or email yashshah392@gmail.com, with the patient's name and booking reference. Please let us know as early as you can so the time can be offered to another patient.
24 hours or more before your appointment
You can reschedule free of charge, or cancel for a full refund.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment
You can reschedule once, free of charge, to another available time. Refunds are not given for cancellations made within 24 hours.
If you miss the call
If Dr. Yash Shah cannot reach you on WhatsApp at the booked time after trying more than once, the consultation is treated as missed and is not refunded. Please call the clinic and we will try to offer another time.
If we need to cancel
If the doctor has to cancel, or the call cannot take place because of a problem on our side, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
If money was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, the amount is normally refunded automatically. If it is not, contact us with the payment reference.
Clinic services
Charges for clinic visits, tests, procedures and surgery follow the hospital's own billing and refund rules, explained to you at the hospital.
